- No annual fee, but no rewards either. The QVC Credit Card (also known as the QCard) lacks a lot, with two of the most notable absences being an annual fee and rewards of any kind. The lack of a fee is a good thing, saving you about $22.29 per year relative to the average credit card, though it doesn’t distinguish the QCard from most other store credit cards. But the lack of rewards, unless you count unspecified “private sale opportunities” and “special promotions,” clearly is a bad thing. In fact, it’s reason enough not to apply.
- No interest…if you don’t slip up. The QVC QCard’s main draw is a 0% introductory APR on select purchases for 9 to 18 months. Yet its worst feature is part of this offer, too. The QVC Credit Card has something called deferred interest, which basically means the 0% intro rate will vanish and the card’s high regular APR will retroactively apply to your entire original purchase amount if you pay your monthly bill even a day late or have an unpaid balance of as little as a penny when the 0% period ends. General purpose 0% credit cards (those not affiliated with specific retailers) don’t use deferred interest, making them a far better choice for financing any big-ticket QVC purchases you may be planning.
- Very high regular APR, even for fair credit. As is the case with most retailer-affiliated credit cards, you generally need only “fair” credit to get approved for the QVC Card. You can check your credit score for free on WalletHub if you don’t know where you stand. Bear in mind, however, that if you do get approved for the QCard, you’d better be prepared to pay your bill in full every month. After all, its regular APR is well above the market averages for fair-credit credit cards (26.41%) and store credit cards (30.16%), according to WalletHub research. It’s also nearly twice as high as the average APR among credit cards for people with excellent credit: 18.04%.
- Little reason to apply. At the end of the day, there’s not much cause for seriously considering the QVC Credit Card. Its financing is treacherous; its rewards are nonexistent; and there are plenty of better options available, whether you have fair, good or excellentcredit.

You can make a QVC Credit Card payment online, by phone, through the Synchrony Bank mobile app, by mail or at a branch. To pay a QVC Credit Card bill online, log in to your online account and click on “Make Payment.” Then, choose how much to pay, when to pay it, and where the payment is coming from. Synchrony Bank does allow cardholders to set up automatic payments, too.

- Online: Log in to your online account and click on “Make Payment.”
- By phone: Call 1 (877) 490-1787 and enter your card information when prompted, then press 3.
- Through the mobile app: Log in to your account and select your card, then tap “Make Payment.”

You cannot buy a gift card with your QVC Credit Card. This is a store card that can only be used for QVC purchases online, over the phone, and in stores. For that reason, the QVC Credit Card doesn't belong to any of the major card networks.
Meanwhile, QVC gift cards can only be purchased using a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card.

If you lost your QVC Credit Card, call (800) 367-9444 immediately. The issuer will cancel it and send you a replacement card. Same goes in case your card is stolen or used without your permission.

They closed my over 5 year Qcard, because out of my entire payment history 2 payments weren't honored. The admin of my personal checking account apparently assumed fraud due to equal amount of payments being made a day apart. It is a shame the Qcard admin closed my account without first contacting me!

I love QVC been loyal customer over 28 years. Love credit card. Mostly use my bank card when shopping qvc. I think it because you must use below 30 utilization u can’t spend much on Q card .. but great card use if trying make larger purchase of example say laptop in emergency etc. great easy pay options. I did spend 10,193.25 last Christmas that’s how much I love them. I paid it in full and didn’t use credit card over year. Easy to make payments over phone automated fast. I love qvc. Great products. Great deals. I say use ur bank card if buying qvc. Just use Q card for emergency. This way u keep ur utilization low. Hey enjoy cos qvc great company. Fast online help. Great hosts. Great products.

QVC is the worst company. They overcharge for inferior products that you can buy elsewhere for much less. The credit card is issued by Synchrony Bank and the balance is never right. I have called several times to ask them to correct this but they just give you the run around from one dept. to the next. Never do business with them. They also charge you for returns! Horrible customer service.
