Very nice walk though I was recommended to come here to find fossils which unfortunately did not. The turtle pond was lovely even though its too early for turtles.

A beautiful park with something for everyone. Nice, level paths for strollers, easy bike riding and wheelchair accessible. Two beautiful playgrounds. A covered picnic shelter. Then in the hills, there are trails galore and a fishing pond for the kids. It is well worth the time to stop and explore this park.

I absolutely LOVED 😻this visit to this park. My sister, Mom & I went here for a great time in Nature, having a nice family picnic 🧺@ the picnic table area, which was in the shade as well as covered. There were several trails for walkers to stroll & explore, lush lawns, kept up grounds & maintenance, & an eye catching playground.The best part of my visit was the fabulous monkey 🐒 bars, which I could not resist & enjoyed every moment of it, bringing the kids out if Me, remembering my childhood days & favorite pastimes such as tree climbing & these monkey 🐵 ropes even bounced! I definitely will have to return for a longer visit & another trip in the future!

Kilometer after kilometer of well maintained treed pathways and trails. Excellent for walking, cycling and running. Suitable for carriages and wheelchairs, although the paths are gravel not paved.

Awesome short hike with the fresh snow this morning. Definitely needed spikes as many icy areas. Beautiful kids fishing pond and easy to loop around the park with only a few small hills.

Beautiful park with lots of bike and walking trails. Even a bike skills park at the far south east side of the park. You can even find gold in the creek as long as it’s not during spawning season for the salmon!!

This is a very popular park for families, dog walks and cyclists. Lots of parking but the trails are not maintained in the winter so be prepared for snow, ice, slush and/or mud.You can walk along the creek or stroll the ponderosa pines. Some of the trails through the trees have stairs, aggressive inclines and the occasional root.There are kiosks with information about the area and the wildlife there, specifically salmon. At the right time of year you can see salmon spawning by the hundreds, but beware... Every year there are numerous reports of bears seen in the area. Stay on the paths and obey all posted signs.If you're lucky you might see a happy group walking their goats!I think one opportunity for improvement is that the bridges across the creek are few and far between and you don't know how far the next bridge is until you've been there a few times.See you there 😃

Wonderful trail and park along the Creek

We walked to the Turtle Pond with our dogs and children. It was a great time! There were a lot of other people there, but every dog we encountered was also on leash so all went well. The trails were very well taken care of, and it was an easy walk. The kids loved the ducks and turtles!

Amazing experience. Really nice view of this park as well as you can do lots of activities like swimming, volleyball, boating,etc. Kids also can do lots of activities too, like making sand castle, sliding, swing, swimming, zip line and much more. Parking is little bit hard to find and most of it pay parking. Washroom, change room also available. Lots of electric bikes and scooters are available to ride also. The most satisfying thing is the fresh air that helps you to boost your health and mind.

It is a great beach for families with young kids. The playground has so many fun things to do - zipline in the sand and into the water, sides, swings and lots of beach area to play. The water is fairly shallow a long ways out.

One of the busiest beaches in Kelowna. Paid parking and dog-friendly on the paths and grass if leashed. Beautiful sunsets and upgraded facilities (seasonal use). If you're visiting town, it's a nice place to visit. There's restaurants and drinks nearby and it looks like they built a beach soccer field. Don't forget to pick up after your pups.

It’s located in the middle of the city area. 🏙Parking spots are available but almost full however it can be available on searching & waiting. 🚙Parking fees are really cheaper. Starting with $1.50 per hour & $2.50 for 2 hours. 🤪Nice tree shades are available for picnic area. 🧺It’s a sandy beach 🏖, good for bath 🧼. At the beach area, two zip lines are available for kids free of cost. One on sand side & other on waterside which was really good. 🤩Washrooms are also available close to beach.Overall good beach for picnic, hangout & family time. 👍

Absolutely stunning view if you’re a sunset chaser. My fiancé and I go here for sunset dates & it never disappoints. A great place to swim in the summer as there is an ice cream place directly across the beach!

It's a busy place in the summer, mostly filled with teens and young adults, it can occasionally get a bit noisy with competing boom boxes, but the trade off is lots of parking and fairly shallow water that goes way way out before a steep drop off, which is nice if you have smaller children. There are also nice new washrooms and outdoor showers, a concession stand (the big red apple), ping pong tables, and beach volleyball courts.

It is small beach-park but it is great place for swimimg and picnic with full of activities such as beach volleyball, ping pong all water related activies such as kayaking, paddling, boat paddeling. There is kiosk that you can rent all you need for the beach activities. There are polite and friendly people at the kiosk that will help you with all your needs.

Beautiful place in the morning but crowds up quick on a summer afternoon. Half the park is beach and half the park is nice grass Feild with sports courts and fields. Dogs are permitted only on the paved walkway between the beach and the grass. Not very pet friendly. Great place to spend on a hot summer day, good views down the lake. Good shopping across the street if you forget any essentials.

Nice large beach minutes south of downtown Kelowna. Pay parking is available and a bit small but we always managed to get a space. Sanded or grassed areas to sit. Public washrooms, sand-rinsing taps, picnic tables are available. There is a concession shaped like an apple which sells chips, ice creams and drinks. Ample playground structures for kids to enjoy, including 2 ziplines - one over water and one over the sand. Water is shallow for a long distance in from the shoreline so good for young kids and non-swimmers. Really lovely, tidy and well-appointed beach.

What can I say? A very unique experience. Upon arrival we were given 3D glasses. All the artwork are 3D which makes for a really great experience. Monique our server was fabulous, knowledge and a great joy. Definitely highly recommend visiting this winery.

Vibrant Vine Winery combines the usually over the top wine tasting experience with fun 3D artwork that you can view throughout its two-story space. Parking lot is on gravel and you walk down a few hundred metres to the building. Once inside, the person will give you a pair of 3D glasses that will enhance your viewing of the artwork throughout the space. Wine tasting is $15, but you get $10 discount on your purchase of a bottle of wine. Although we didn’t try out the wine, we got recommendations for two bottles which we purchased along with a disc golf that had an artwork that we really liked. I believe there are also spaces upstairs if you would like to rent to host parties and other gatherings.

If you are looking for bougie this is not it. If you are looking for fun, friendly, and vibrant, then this is the place to be! Relaxed environment, welcoming staff who love telling the story behind the winery and the wine and hearing your story. Great place for a levels of wine drinkers. Bonus, wine tasting cost is given back in a coupon you can use for your purchase. Lots to look at with the show room and walk through the art gallery. Outside there is a courtyard where you can spend some time hanging out with friends, drinking wine, listening to live entertainment, and enjoying a fire oven cooked pizza. Don't forget to try the 'whoopscicle' on a hot day. Kid friendly. Save time on your trip to Kelowna to visit this winery!

A pièce of art a very colorful and joyful winery fun to go and to be around a lot of art work. Once you enter they give you glasses so u can see the 3D art work made by the owners son. You just cant get enough out of it. The wine itself is decent and the service is great. I had the chance to do the wine tasting and check the upside down winner bottle. This wine is not like any winery in Kelowna it’s uniquely magical.

I’m not really a wine person but came by here with my family who did some wine tasting. It’s such a cute place. I love the concept of the art pieces that it has and the staff were so lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed the time here

Wow what a fun and awesome winery and the concept with the art infusion is genius. I really enjoyed my time soaking in the wine tasting experience with Monique. She was super accommodating with our toddler joining us for the tasting. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness with providing a colouring station. The wines all tasted wonderful, but we left with 2 bottles the rose and Oops. Overall, this is a must visit winery and I’m surprised I hadn’t come sooner! If you’re in Kelowna you should definitely visit!

What a wonderful place! Vibrant really is the best way to describe this winery. Upon entry you’re given 3D glasses to better experience the art on the walls and labelling on their bottles. Everyone is attentive and knowledgeable, and your $10 tasting fee is credited towards a bottle purchase.

Fun place to spend some time, even if you’re not super into wine! The art is unusual and very cool to look at (with or without the 3D glasses), and there’s live music in the garden most weekend afternoons and a “snack shack”. The wines are also great and the staff are friendly.

Not a pleasant experience with staff , went for wine tasting and most of the wine we tasted were a bit blank, under served and lack of flavour. Definitely there are better places from our experience in Kelowna . Had a 3D art hall which was different from other wineries .

Right off the bat the staff were super friendly! My group went in for a wine tasting ($15) and paid the extra $5 to taste the ice wine.We were served my Monique and had a great experience! Fun stories behind the wines and an overall engaging tasting. The Riesling is served in a dark chocolate glass which you can eat once you’re finished! You have to love the 3D artwork that's on display. Even the sleeves on the bottles can be viewed with 3D glasses that they provide you at the door. Our sommelier, Diana, was awesome. She was entertaining and full of information. Our favorite wine was the Dragon Merlot, but it is a little pricey. Do head down to the Snack Shack for the wine popsicles. Very refreshing.

Visiting the vibrant vine was a lovely experience! Monique was great and friendly and made this visit even better. I recommend going even if you're not a wine person, it's so interesting and they have the coolest 3D artwork:)

Unique vineyard, well worth a visit. If you are into psychedelic art that can be viewed with 3D glasses this is the spot for you. We did tastings with Paris, she was excellent. The best host we have had so far on on our trip for wine tasting. She was funny, great at describing the wines and made you feel right a home. Great service. Everyone we met there was wonderful. The wine is also fabulous. We loved Oops the best, and we won’t spoil the stories behind these incredible wines - go find out for yourself.

Wow! So much fun. To start with:The grounds: gorgeous view and so much space for all the grapes, you could spend hours walking through. Then the little garden with Pizza, Popsicles and live music on the weekends! A beautiful little spot with plenty of chairs and even space for the little ones to run around.I went for an art class and had to most fun so what their website for Dot Art With Dawn cause she does an amazing job and it’s the perfect way to spend a weekend.Then the fabulous wine! I was served by Barb for the class and she was the sweetest! Then upstairs I had a fabulous tasting with Monique! She was insightful, led the tasting smoothly and was so funny! She made the afternoon, I was having so much fun already but she was a cherry on top. The Vibrante Rose might just be my new go to and I had to pick up a bottle. I also splurged on the ice wine that comes in a little chocolate cup. Monique shared her knowledge of ice wines with me and now I’m going to start trying them everywhere thanks to her (but I doubt I’ll find one better)Then we have to talk about the artwork. If you know vibrant vines you know their gorgeous bottles but the entire building is filled with gorgeous works of art. You get a pair of 3D glasses and everyone of them comes alive, I got postcards for my whole family.All together Vibrant Vines makes for a lovely afternoon and is a must see Kelowna winery!

Hit it 👍🏿! Definitely a beautiful room filled with incredible indigenous art by Dempsey Bob. Can be very busy and have slower service so make a reservation. Was a smokey day but I can imagine there would be a beautiful view. They have some amazing ideas as far as sustainability. I personally enjoyed their Riesling. Our host Nick had a great sense of humor and was knowledgeable. Only winery all day that had an issue with me taking some drone shots so I don't have any for you here unfortunately!

A must visit East Kelowna estate winery. Modern tasting room with nice patio and views. The labels all feature a unique image of an indigenous carving. Excellent service and insight from Cory and staff. Dog friendly.

Drove up after a recommendation from the Sommelier at my work. 5 star experience! Nested on such a gorgeous piece of land wish a beautiful view.We got there with only 30 minutes until they closed and Ben took it upon himself to still give us some tastings and informative bits of knowledge with the time he had. His service skills were great and it really meant a lot that he helped us out! Amazing wine, stunning winery, would definitely return next summer :) thank you Tantalus and Ben!

Went for a tasting and to purchase wine, they displayed two tasting menus which did not show any tasting fee price but a note of “$5 waived off wine purchase after tasting”. At other wineries this means you pay $5 for the tasting or waived with wine purchase, so we did a tasting. At the end we find out the tasting is actually $15 for the cheaper tasting option even with wine purchase. Honestly overpriced and should be clearly stated on your displayed tasting menus rather than a misleading note about $5 off only, disappointed and will not return when there are many other wineries in Kelowna which offer complimentary tastings when you’re purchasing a bottle. Or clearly state otherwise so customers are informed before hand.

Gorgeous views of the vineyards and lake, great wines (the whites were all incredible), and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. Big thanks to Clarissa for sharing tons of info about the wine. Dog-friendly patio, so our pup had a great time too.

I actually went to this place 3 years ago and I have such good memories! I did not do a tasting menu, instead I tasted 2 wines I was in fact interested in buying! The views from there are breathtaking! Highly recommend a visit! You won’t regret!

Was my 2nd stop on day 1 of my wine journey in Kelowna. Possibly the best Rieslings I’ve ever had in 15 years of wine collecting and sampling. Incredibly impressed coming from the Niagara wine region who has excellent reisling in their own right. Cannot recommend more, you will not be disappointed.

Wanted to visit this winery on our tour. Went in to do the tasting and purchase. Very beautiful tasting room for sure. That being said two staff members where on the patio and ignored us for roughly 15 minutes. Doing a tasting for the patio. None came in to acknowledge us or ask if we wanted to partake. We left not even knowing if the wine is any good. Considering the services at the other vineyards this was disappointing.

This was our second stop for my best friend's birthday wine tour.The dude serving the wine tastings was a very good conversationalist and hilarious. It was a great way to start our tour.The two Rieslings offered here are both very very good.They have six big tables inside. They also have a very beautiful view from the windows and a balcony I presume in use when it's not snowing.They do a $5 discount from your tasting if you buy a bottle afterwards. It is the standard discount for Kelowna wineries.Overall, I highly recommend this winery!

First of all, I am not a wine person so going to this winery is like going on a first date. I dont have anything to compare it to. I came to this winery as part of the MINI United rally. And it was very organized so 1 star for that. The vineyard and building is very simple yet has an elegant vibe to it so another star for that. The staff was just great, bartenders are busy with the people and yet they take the time to answer all my noob question withoit being snobby so that deserves a star. The washroom, although single was really clean so 1 star for that. And lastly their white wine and riesling were great so 1 star. I only had 2 drinks because they were complimentary and Im here on a smaller budget. I feel bad I didn't leave a tip when i purchased my wines because of my budget, but i hope this review makes up for it and i will be sure to tell everyone i know to visit this place when they are in the area. A total of 5 stars for such a great place that i feel values quality over quantity. I also would like to say that the only thing I didn't like was how the stage for the announcement was setup because I felt like I was looking at the sun but that was probably MINI organizers' idea.

Such a beautiful place and beautiful wines! We thoroughly enjoyed our tasting here. The staff is very knowledgeable about their wines, their land and their region. Some of the more educated we found on our 4 days in the Okanagan touring wineries in fact! The Riesling is a favourite and so is the blanc de noir sparkling (if you can get your hands on any- it’s that good!). The architecture of the building is lovely too, along with the beautiful pieces of sculpture that they use on their labels. Highly recommended stop!

Sensational wines and the best value tasting I have come across in multiple countries. $11.50 for 4 samples, although I was served 6 on a quiet Friday afternoon, including a $188 per half bottle ice wine. And no pressure to purchase wine, although if you do the tasting is deducted from the price.Lovely location, great views, and the lady who served and chatted to me was lovely. Very highly recommend a visit.

Last weekend I tried for the first time their Bistro and I've been positively impressed with the food. The "Garden" board was excellent and the pizza too: the dough was thin, crunchy and light (I'm Italian, I'm picky when it comes to pizza doughs 😉). The wine selection is good, I personally had a glass of their organic Syrah and i really liked it.

Looks like only organic/biodynamic winery around lower mission. Dog friendly (inside too!), have gallery and a little shop. Visited for a wine tasting (10$, don’t need to pay it if you buy a bottle), haven’t tried their bistro yet. Check out the pyramid, it’s open to come in and peak inside. And of course, amazing views!

Very cool place if you are a wine lover. I would NOT recommend you go eat at their bistro, their service is so slow. We only got the appetizers and it took an HOUR of waiting after appetizers that we decided to leave. Also, their menu selection is very limited in terms of options, only 4 for both appetizers and entrees.

Plus points are that they have electrical car chargers on the property and it's free charging, and the views are spectacular. However, it's just too crowded with busloads of mainly Chinese tourists. We didn't get to do any wine tasting. The much talked about pyramid was actually a disappointment. There's really nothing to see inside or much of an explanation as to how it enhances the wine although we've heard stories about it before venturing there to take a look.

Truly excellent lunch to be had here with a selection of their own wines. What we drank was indeed extremely good wine.There is an opportunity being missed to offer a full tasting menu. And as a comment we chose the winery as sushi was advertised on the website but was no longer available in house. Children’s offer was nothing less than limited. A pasta.Equally wines are not cheap by the glass so we had only one glass.The terrace offers superb views if the lake while we ate.

Free tasting with any choice of their wines, which is a huge plus. The only thing was that it felt like a little bit too touristic. There are a lot of signage with Chinese and other languages, which are meant for all the tourist buses that visit.... free entry into the pyramid. Was a cool building but seemed to be a storage for the cases of the wine... spectacular view of the lake

One year ago today my husband & I had our elopement at Summerhill Pyramid Winery. Not only is Summerhill one of the most beautiful venues for a wedding…but the staff was absolutely unreal at taking care of us and making sure our elopement was perfect! Nicole was so kind and helpful right from the first email, made it easy to postpone due to covid restrictions, calmed our nerves about the weather forecast, rolled with it when we were an hour late for our ceremony, helped me before walking down the aisle, helped with our sabrage and even accommodating us with a late bistro seating!Our wedding was more than we even hoped for and it may not have been if it wasn’t for Nicole & the other staff! From the bottom of our hearts….thank you!Also, the bistro staff were amazing! So kind and helpful and even held our food so we could sneak away from the table for a few more pics between ordering and eating! The food was absolutely incredible and the dessert was a wonderful and delicious surprise!So again….thank you to Nicole and everyone at Summerhill who made our day so perfect!! We can’t recommend them enough!!!

READ THIS BEFORE YOU GO!!!Oh. My. God. The Bistro Restaurant was absolutely an abomination to anyone who loves food. I cannot stress this enough, do not eat here. I am not picky whatsoever, but this was horrible. Charcuterie they charge like $45 for and you get what was pictured 😂. A loaf of bought bread, a few slices of meat, some nasty cheeses and jam. The pasta hard like stale sitting out all day, lacked flavour and was cold upon arrival. The vegan calamari (oyster mushrooms) were burnt to a crisp- was just deep fried mess. The view was amazing, our wine we bought was good and so was our server! But most definitely do not come here hungry- severely dissatisfied and disappointed as food would make a winery’s experience all that better..

I had a reservation, when I arrived with my family we waited more than 15min for someone to come and assign our table . The hostess saw us and she just didn't care . She was not friendly at all . She said she didn't have our name on the list but she didn't even asked for it ...Despite the rude hostess our waitress was a very friendly, kind and professional person.The dishes are not tasty at all , they look beautiful tho but there's no flavor. Come to this place if you want to take beautiful pictures of the place and food but don't expect a delicious dish. Wine and co*cktails are great. Expensive for tasteless food. Excellent for the views, wine and place .

Went in for a bite to eat with friends. There was one staff running the bistro and she only had one table seated. She told us to go pay $50 in wine tasting because she couldn't currently handle us and needed time. We tried to be seated after a few minutes in the gift shop and she still wasn't able to do her job of being attentive to more than one table at a time, so we unfortunately left. Disappointing for what's supposed to be a high class winery.

We were so incredibly lucky to secure Summerhill for our wedding. Not only is this one of our favourite wineries in the Okanagan, but hands-down, the most iconic, beautiful wedding venue you’ve ever set your eyes on! The food… OH. MY. WORD!!!!! We are still dreaming about it today, months later. Livi and her team are insane… we honestly felt like royalty from the beginning to the end. We cannot express how thankful we are for everyone. One of the place to visit in Kelowna, BC is the Summerhill Pyramid Winery. Wine tasting is offered to everyone. The host bartender explains the wine process of the Ice Wine, their best seller. The icy wine is very smooth and soothing to taste. Cost is from $88 to $168 for a 750ml. There are a lot more good-priced varieties of in-house organic wines. Aside from wines, they have a bistro and an aboriginal gallery.The staffs are friendly and welcoming.The winery is in a huge land with its grape farm and the pyramid cellar where the wine is finished. It has a beautiful view scenery overlooking the Chute Lake. I recommend this place to visit.

A great first winery of our 2022 visit. You can not go wrong with this winery. Definitely will not be disappointed with a stay, I love the new outdoor wine tasting area.Big bonus is non cost tasting. But to be fair I have never not picked up a bottle of wine from this place. Staff are always welcoming and not snobby. We did not do the food this trip but it has a amazing view and a good selection. Definitely a top 5 and a must hit for your trip.

Super fun experience, Did all 7 with my 10 year old and he has massive b--ragging rights!The entire park is full of things to keep you entertained between lines and while waiting for your turn. Staff was all super attentive, friendly and funny!Highly Recommend!

We booked in the 4 line option, which was awesome. Highly recommend more than two, they are so much fun.The guides were amazing. Very safety conscious, but also encouraging and very fun and playful. There were adults and kids in our group and they were great with everybody.If you haven’t gone, see some view you won’t see any other way!

Josh and Austin were great guides and we had lots of fun with them on the ziplines. They were very supportive of my wife who was a little nervous on some of the lines. Really great day and would thoroughly recommend.

I’m Sue and went zip lining with my friend Billy on the long weekend. It was amazing. We were first timers. Very nervous. Our guides, Journey and Nathan were excellent. Knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. Well organized and we felt safe. I highly recommend this zip line. It was exhilarating.

Me and my teenage kids did the 6 line adventure on August 3rd. All the staff we interacted with were fun and professional. Loved the quirky signs on the short walks between the lines also. Thanks for a great time!

Despite the smoke in the air we were able to enjoy our experience. I'd actually say it was advantageous as we were alone when groups are normally 10.The lines are very impressive crossing the valley each time with various speeds, points of view and lengths.Drew and Steph our guides were very good at making me comfortable given I'm not adventure seeker and my girlfriend enjoyed herself with an upsidedown crossing 🤙

Guides, Dan and Journey were so fun! I am terrified of heights, but after the first step off the platform, I didn't even notice the height. The views were amazing. The small hikes were made entertaining by all of the jokes and funny displays placed throughout the trails. The staff were very professional and friendly and I felt that they had my family's safety handled expertly.

A fun, exhilarating experience. They have some outdoor games you can play before or after ziplining. They are knowledgeable and have great sense of humours.

Dan and Jason were awesome. My daughter who is 8 was terrified. She needed being brave and did it and had a blast. Thanks for the encouragement. The zip lines were fast and fun. The team really knew what they were doing and safety was always on the forefront. Thank you. We will come back.

Wow! What an amazing experience. These are high and long and super fast Ziplines. They are also so comfortable from the harness, instructions and most importantly the ride and braking system. I have done Ziplines at a number of places. This places takes the cake. Our tour guides were top notch funny yet very very safety conscious at all times. Perfect afternoon adventure for my 11 year old’s birthday party with her 3 friends. We signed up for 4 ziplines but ended up doing all 6 as it was so FUN!! Guide Steph even sang Happy Birthday as she Zipped to meet us on last line.. Thank You for the great adventure!

You guys are a secret gem in the Okanagan. My partner and I live in the area and he brought me here for my bday the other weekend. We had a ton of fun and enjoyed the humourous signs along the hiking trails. Your team was amazing and I couldn't of asked for a better adventure! Cheers!!

We had a wonderful winery and cidery tour through Summerland with an absolute gem of a tour driver, Evan. He had great local stories of the area and the wines, and chose smaller, more boutique places that were lovely. The ride was very comfortable with an intimate group of 6. Would definitely recommend.

We had the most amazing tailored wine tour with the amazing Lyse, could not recommend this tour any more if I tried. I had my mother come for a visit from Australia and Lyse did everything to accomodate for our tastes. Wonderful company and a great knowledge of the region.

This ATV tour exceeded my expectations! I was looking for something fun and unique to do while visiting the area. The staff are amazing- very friendly, welcoming, and they provide great instruction on how to operate the ATV safely. I was a solo traveller and joined a small family, along with our tour guide Ben, for a 2-hour tour. The trails offer a mix of terrain and are no problem. The sights along the way are beautiful, we stopped at two look out spots on the tour. I will definitely be back some day!

My husband and I went on a 2-hour tour with Al, and it was awesome. We absolutely loved it!It was my first time, Al kept checking on me to make sure I was comfortable. We also made some stops to take pictures. It was a neat experience.The price is also very decent for the 2 hours.

Al was the guide on our tour and made sure that we had a great time. From checking in with us to know we are OK, to choosing the best photo spots! Thanks Al and thank you Shelley for helping to arrange it all last minute 👍🏻😊 The weather was perfect too!

We did a 4 hour tour. Al was our guide, we went on fun trails and got very dirty hahah. So do not wear white!!There are some nice views-looking points that you stop at for picture opportunities.For beginners 4 hours could be long as your thumb and can get cramped if you are not use to it. Do the 2 hour tour.

My family and I had a two-hour ATV tour. AL was very conscientious and friendly as our guide. After he understood that we didn't have any ATV experience, he clearly told us how to operate atv and precautions. He was also very patient and considerate to arrange a rest during the trip and took photos for our family. He also carefully felt my daughter's uneasiness and gave her great encouragement. We were very happy throughout this tour. The only regret is that the time passed too fast. Next time we will definitely choose 4 hours tour.

This was dirty, gritty, hot and awesome! So much fun even in 26 degrees( we went at 10am) Our tour guide (can't remember his name but have pic, the one in the pink n blue shirt) was a lot of fun. If your even a bit adventurous and have wanted to try quading check it out! If you're experienced he makes it difficult enough to keep you attentive. Check it out!

We had a great experience with our tour guide Al. The quads went well especially for me that was a first timer.The trails were good, not too difficult to navigate and we enjoyed some really nice points of view.

perfect little easy walk to the falls on a gravel path. You cross over multiple bridges with a beautiful stream meandering the whole walk. Takes approx 20 mins to the waterfall. The falls run all year & in mid Sept to Oct the Kokanee salmon are spawning. Parking is free, no fees & well maintained.

What a gem!This beautiful walk over several gorgeous bridges leads to a fantastic volcanic fall.The path, especially at the end, is icey and very slippery, but you can manage to path it if you want!Loved it!

Great stop on the road, falls are about 5 mins away from the parking lot. But the coolest thing is to see the big salmons on the creek, so beautiful!!!

To get to the falls, there is a good little hike that can be done by very young kids or older folks. It's not much of a view really but it's still a nice time to spend with nature.

I enjoy visiting here in the summer and this was the first time going in the late winter. It looks so different with the trees empty and many frozen water formations including the falls. The different winter light also makes the canyon look different. As always a short pleasant stroll.

Very easy walk to reach the falls, it takes less than 15 minutes. We crossed several bridges and took the time to read the tags sharing some facts about the flora and fauna. Tucked away in a hidden paradise you’ll fine this breathtaking little falls. It’s a nice peaceful walk through the trees and over several bridges. It’s great for kids as it’s short 20 minute walk. In the fall you’ll find the Kokanee Salmon spawning upstream. There is parking and a full service bathroom. Dont drive by too quickly as it’s easy to miss.

Great little park! Nice wide and level pathway leads over a series of bridges to a small water fall. Variety of birdlife around ( including dippers, a true aquatic songbird!). Neat to see the Kokanee salmon spawning in the stream. (Late September). A nice slice of nature right off the highway. It's worth a stop.

Amazing pergola covered patio intertwined with grape vine greenery and beautiful hanging flower baskets that overlooked the vineyard and surrounding hills. Misters to keep you cool while seated at comfortable patio tables eating from a large selection of cheeses, meats, olives and spreads out of the wine shop or order off the menu for pizza, smoked meats or salad. Vegan options available. Enjoy watching an old fashioned steam engine tour train pass below and over a bridge.Visit the beer and wine saloon or gelato/sorbet bar.The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The wines tasting flights offered 5 selections. The wine shop had a good selection of gifting options. Family friendly atmosphere yet very classy and comfortable. Must visit winery!

Super cute place and a fun tasting... our large group from BC Wine Appreciation Society enjoyed a fun tasting and a great lunch! A fun place to stop with beer as well wine and the food was delicious. We had BBQ and pizza. So good! The views are stunning as well!! Thanks so much to Kristen for organizing it all making us all feel so welcome.

Love that as Wine Club members we can now book a table. Although the food; wine; beer and service, not to mention the views are well worth any wait! Came along for Easter Sunday to while away the afternoon. Picnic basket, craft beer and my favourite Hush Rose paired with the most amazing pizzas. We had a beautiful afternoon. Kristen and her team always make us very welcome. Will be back very soon and many times this year for sure!!

This winery vineyard is one of my favorite in BC. The place itself looks amazing, the building is one of a kind. The theme is hilarious and intriguing. They sell both homemade beers and wines that are all delicious. Prices are affordable. Can get quite busy, better off reserving in case.

Always wonderful! I reccomend this place for everyone. They are not stuck up and they have delicious wine that is absolutely fantastic. They are not intimidating and they are so down to earth. I can't say which wine is the best as I love every single one of their wines and the price point is so great that you can buy lots. This makes their wine club worth it to especially for us Calgary people who can't just drive here to get all of the selections they have. Please visit this place you will not be disappointed!

I was so excited to finally stop in for lunch at dirty laundry. Although the views were wonderful, I found the staff was less than welcoming. To boot, in what seems like an effort to speed up your experience, most interactions are done on a kiosk.It was one of the first days of spring and I understand you need to train staff, however, leaving us for 5 minutes during a wine tasting to help other customers as your staff did not know how to ring them in, is not acceptable.Our pizza was also undercooked.Unfortunately I will not be back.

This is such a cute winery in Summerland. The staff are so wonderful and the service is just so great. The story behind it is actually quite interesting so I'm glad we got to stop here and check it out. Its great that they have such a wonderful patio as well where you can hang out and eat/drink.

Great food and environment. You must try their ＂Veggy Vixen pizza ＂. Highly recommended。You have to order your meals through machine, and pick up meals by yourself. It is no problem to me.

If you are in the general area of Summerland/Penticton, then you must stop by Dirty Laundry Vineyard. A unique experience accompanied by beer on tap as well as oven roasted pizza, too good to pass up. Wine is great too!

Beautiful location, great patio, and lovely food. The only strange thing about this winery is that it feels oddly cold and automated because you spend more time interacting with technology (order screens and cut-outs/posters) than actual vintners. It feels like a “wine-o-mat”. If you don’t mind that oddity, a great patio to enjoy a glass and bite.

Nice place, took my 12&10 year old. I would say some of the activities were gear to them, but most were geared towards younger kids. The Go Karts were very small, I wouldn't suggest adults go on them with there kids.On a side note it was very clean and the food was surprisingly good. Staff was also very kind.Would suggest for your younger kids!

Fun family owned adventure park. We went in June, so it wasn't crowded at all. It's a very cosy amusem*nt park that both kids and adults enjoyed. They have a variety of a activities such as climbing walls, gigantic bouncing castle, spray boats, mini golf, small go-cart course and a few more attractions. The grounds are well cared for, nice landscaping and wonderland-like structures. Our group of 7 to 12 year olds truly enjoyed it.

It is a very fun place to visit with family. My whole family enjoyed the time we spend there, the go-kart, water bumber boat, golf, rock climbing, and more. Every bit of it was exciting and fun. I highly recommend it if anyone is traveling to Penticton with family. Go have a Blast.

Didn't enjoy in here as much as I did last summer. Rates have gone up I believe. Monkey motion is for $7.50 a ride which was way too high. Go Kartings are $12 each. The place is more for golf lovers. Really didn't find much to do!

Amazing experience!The staff was very friendly and helpful! It's so great to see the younger generation participating in a great work opportunity!-The mini golf area is extremely unique and captivating.-The bounce house is impressive!-The kids LOVED the bumper boats!-The ropes course miraculously gave my son (who claimed he was afraid of heights) a major boost of confidence!-The go karts are quick and quiet!-Even my toddler enjoyed the Monkey Motion attraction!-Also, don't forget to pick yourself up a screamer at the concession stand (the big boat) and race the remote control boats on the river!-We didn't get a chance to try the Rockwall on this visit, but it looked fun!Overall, it was a lovely day! The kids can't wait to go back, and honestly, I am looking forward to it too.

Cute place! Decently priced for all activities. Nice that you can pick and choose what you want to do then pay for what you want. Free parking out front. We loved the mini golf. Mini golf was fun with a beautiful atmosphere. My son also loved the RC boats.

There's a huge bouncy castle/obstacle course, wall climbing, mini golf, bumper boats, an a tall rope climbing jungle gym setup with safety harnesses. Family had a great time for relatively cheap. I like how it is laid out-not too tightly packed, with a large variety of vendors. Get to learn about a lot of great local vendors as well. One suggestion: not allowing dogs as they kind of get in the way and during the summer, so hot, it cannot be enjoyable for them.

Wonderful hot day at the market and so many vendors. We had lunch at the "cheese bread" truck. The food was amazing and the staff super friendly. Give them a try.

First market of the season with great crafts and early garden plants. I look forward to fruits and vegetable season tocome in full strength.

I went here and was truly impressed by the coordination and the offerings they had. The local vendors had some magnificent offerings. Got some locally sourced meat that was really impressive and done with a fair price point. Vendors were all very friendly and have a good interaction with the consumer. Worth stopping in and checking it out. I am sure you will walk away with some tasty locally sourced foods.

Lovely old timey bookstore. I love the smell of an old bookstore. Also a good selection of classic and criterion films to rent. One downside was the price of some of these books. 125$ for a used art book was more than I found it for used online. Otherwise a must see!

I will definitely be going back. So many choices and sections. Stools throughout the stores were really helpful. I spent about an hour in here and it was not enough time at all. It's not a mainstream kind of book store. I recommend 100% for those who enjoy the old fashion of sense of truly looking for old style books and more.

Not that great. Skip it. I went to check it out because it was listed as top 10 things to do in Penticton and I like books. I was hoping for a relaxing place to saunter around wail enjoying the smell of old books and perhaps finding a new favorite affordable read. Instead, it was cramped, expensive, and the staff stared at my kids like they were shop-lifers. At one point one staff member told my son to put down a book he was looking at. It was on the shelf, for sale, he's seven and fully capable of reading and picking out his own book. He was simply looking at it, if my phone hadn't rang at that moment I would have helped my son navigate that interaction but he politely put it back and that was that. If I had to sum up this place in two words I would say "Pretentious & disappointing".

We cycled out purposefully to find out about wine tours. It was challenging to get the information we wanted. One would think that at a place like this you would get advice tailored to your desires. Not so much.And when I told the fellow that I had almost cut myself on some broken glass outside he seemed to take a very nonchallant attitude. We ended up just going on our own - self guided touring. Actually, the best way to tour the vineyards, I think, is to take a bicycle on the trails! That was amazing!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. They patiently answered all my questions. Nice building, too.

The lady that was working was very friendly .and lots info and good prices .on some souvenirs. And as we where leaving the young man that worked there was coming to work. His co work said look i was just thinking you where going to miss our little dog ...

Stopped by here to pick up tickets to Fest-of-Ale and was really pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. They had lots of helpful advice and some great resources for touring the surrounding wine country.

Awesome. This the BEST visitors centre. They were knowledgeable. Had an up to date list of local activities by day. Asked about our interests and length of time we were in the area. Then gave us a card with activities, date, time and directions.

Such a beautiful place to go walking, and enjoy the beautiful views. I loved the exercise equipment, and how clean the bathrooms were, I greatly appreciated the heat in the bathroom. ❤️ This will definitely be one of our go to walking spots, when we visit family.

This park is awesome! Was here for an outrigger race event. Lots of space and big old trees for shade. The washrooms are pretty good. They have a snack shack by the washrooms. Parking is plenty. There's a spray park for the kiddos. The beach is fairly steep as there's a sharp drop off from shore. Highly recommend for an outdoor gathering.

Very scenic and relaxed vibes. Nice boardwalk to take a stroll alongside.

Park is nice and clean. Sand here is better than the okanagan lake. It's peaceful here and you can find some water activities during the weekend. There should be some rides or playarea for the kids.

Great park and beach. Some bonfire pits, volleyball area, Mexican food and Tickleberry's Ice Cream shop. Lots to do and great place to relax for a bit or the day.

Beautiful park and atmosphere. The dragon boat pub and ice cream shops nearby are awesome as well. Also there is volleyball courts, tennis courts, lots of picnic tables and a playground nearby for kids. I found the park to be a great place to run it’s not overly busy and there is a lovely breeze even in summertime with hot weather.

Awesome beach and beautiful park. I was impressed by the majestic mountain view added to the vastness of this lake. It is a treat for one's senses. Definitely one of the most beautiful scenery in BC.

What a great place to spend some time in the lake. Bathrooms close by, lots for the kids to do, water was beautiful. Easy to get to. Great place and a must to see while you are in the area.

It's one of my favorite places to go for the dragon boating competition in September. Very nice beaches, bbq pits, good views, and friendly people. Penticton is a very neat place with a lot of good bars and coffee places as well.If you are in the city, check those beaches out. Skaha lake park is a good place to visit

Skiing and the terrain are great. Lift staff/ski patrol are amazing. However, the village was quite the disappointment as we experienced absolute disregard for guests over their holiday season. Most business did not have their winter hours posted and there was no one to contact in guest services - we called numerous times. Definitely did not have the best experience coming here to celebrate our holidays. Definitely wouldcome again, just on different dates.

Well maintained road up to the hill. They put the effort and investment into getting the season started as early as possible even when weather is suboptimal (or downright rude and teasing). Have been a pass holder for the past 5 years and feel I’ve gotten excellent value out of it!

Driving - well maintained, narrow paved road from the west, and the road up the mountain has quite a few switchbacks but the road is wider and it's safe to navigate even if you meet another car.Parking - the parking lot is close to the village which is nice, and the snow is pushed up wellTickets - we have reciprocal passes from another hill and the ticket process is always smooth but there can often be lineups first thing in the morningRentals - we have our own gear now but last year the rental process was smooth and the bunny hill is right outside the exit which was niceVillage - cute little village, with a hillside bistro food window that's super convenient with good prices, not the inflated ski hill prices you might expect. $5.50 for a egg + bacon breakfast sandwich and they even pressed it in a panini grill. Yum. We use the lunch room and bring our own food for the most part. Haven't been in the restaurant yet.Hill - the chairlifts are kind of far from the village, with a decent slope at the beginning so snowboarders don't have to walk. But if you catch an edge and fall down, forget it - you're walking the rest of the way. :)Runs - there are only a couple options for greens, lots of nice wide blues and lots of short blacks. To get back to the village there are a few different traverse trails that are your typical cat tracks.Overall - a fantastic family hill. My kids are comfortable going off on their own and I know they won't get lost. Friendly staff and fantastic snow every time we've been there. Even on a warm day (+1) the snow didn't get slushy, just a bit soft.

1 km outdoor ice skating loop is fun. We only did snow tubing It was awesome the slide is long and with a convoy belt brings you back to top. Kids love it. Highly recommend.

This resort is a hidden gem. Perfect for families with small kids. No crowds or lines. Long runs. Ski-in/ski-out. Reasonably priced. Can't beat it.

Was wonderful to play in the snow. We use a friend's cabin there....so no cost for accommodation! Limited amenities... but great service from all .... thank you. It's lovely to have such a fun place so close to home !!

Great snow and people. Lots of challenging runs. Not as long of lines for the lifts as some of the other ski hills in the area. Fast lift and no lines means you get a lot of skiing in.

Loved every minute of our 10 days on the hill. We put our 4 year old son in ski lessons and each instructor was so good with him. He learned so much. All the staff at Apex were so amazing. Thank you!!!

Great spot - we visited for a weekend getaway from Vancouver and would definitely return. Awesome snow, lovely views, and the drive from Penticton sure beats the drive through city traffic to any of the lower mainland’s north shore mts. Good choice of runs for both cautious learners as well as more experienced skiers. The on-mountain restaurant served up tasty lunch options, but there was also lots of indoor seating for those who prefer to pack a lunch. Resort staff were all super friendly and helpful. Overall a good size mountain that retains a cozy community vibe while still delivering an first rate ski experience

Great resort, felt mostly save as a beginner snowboarder, but some slopes are really deserted. Tripped and needed 5 mins to get back up in which not a single person drive by. So dont ride alone. Staff is super friendly and prices are really good. Good variety of slopes too. Had a blast.

Great place for a family ski trip, good skiable terrain and family vibes. Cheaper than Big White, with less party vibe.Skiing area is large enough to entertain anyone for a few days to a week. There are also cat trips, snow park, tubing, cross country skiing and mini skidoos. My personal favourite is the very large outdoor rink and fire area right next to the tube park. Rentals are available for skates.The rentals guy were knowledgable enough and helpful. Its also right next to the food court which makes it convienent to drop off eat and come back.The Bulldog Cafe has a special area for dogs if you have one, and a good selection of food for reasonable prices. The foid court has a decent selection, and one or two places for more high end meals on the mountain.There are not as many options for entertainment and bars as say other “bigger mountains” but one bar a night is always a fun place to be each night.

Great ski in ski out condo. Next to the Gunbarrel Saloon! Nice unit for a couple or even a family with a couple of children. Owners were great!

Visited this place twice and loved it, lot of steep stairs but the view is amazing. Nice touch with allowing to go inside the mine.

This is an undiscovered and underrated gem of an attraction. If you’re a travel addict, you would love this place (and the hike up to the mine houses at the very top of the mountain). Unfortunately we arrived just a bit after closing time, but the museum guy saw us wondering around and we talked a bit. Even in the brief history he gave us, it was fascinating to learn about the history of the place and think of the engineering that went into the construction (starting 1903 on a really steep mountain) of the two mines. Mindblowing. It’s a shame more people don’t stop by. The town itself is down to 240 people from 700 at its peak, but we saw some really cute and artsy houses, so even just walking around was idyllic.

Must stop for this museum if you would like to experience a step back in time in this once thriving mining town, Hedley. They had just celebrated 125 years of history in June 2023 (I wish I was here a month prior for this celebration ~ which takes place every 25 years!). Volunteer Margaret, who's now 81, said she was here for that 100 years party, and she is trying to convince the board to have another big celebration in 5 years, instead of 25 for she worried she might not be around this long. She gave me a sumup current stats in Hedley: there are 250 people, 400 dogs, and 600 cats 🐈😻🐈‍⬛️Staff and volunteers are welcoming and wondeful~ they provided information not only from the past but also useful for the current time. There're coffee and desserts you can have at their patio, and soak up the vibes of this historical place.

When on Hwy 3 stop at Hedley, fascinating history with loads of resources and exhibits, friendly, welcoming staff, excellent tea room

The famous little mysterious Hedley. The whole area is a museum and one can enjoy the history of the village from the volunteers. Goosebumps. Just amazing feeling.

Passed by Headley dozens of times, and finally decided to check it out. Definitely worth a visit. Very interesting history and very friendly people at the museum. Also amazing gift shop prices.

We stopped in on impulse one day and are so glad we did! We had the BEST tour guide named Ruth who really took the time to tell us all about the area and stories you may not read in books. We stopped in at 2:30 and the museum closed at 4:00 so we didn't have time to go into a room FULL of books and pictures so we will definitely be going back to do that and have tea and pie as per Ruth's recommendation. Stop in - it is sooo worth it if you love pioneer history!

Very cool small "ghost town" just off hwy 3. Interesting little town, can see the mine entrance from below and old reminents of what was left after the fire sweeping through town.Cool experience, must see and great place to stretch those legs for a merely 5-10 minutes.

We learned so much here! Ruth gave us the grand tour full of interesting facts and tidbits. Hedley is rich with history. Picked up some cool handmade magnets and souvenirs at the gift shop. Will have to come back for the pie. Thank you!

Although it was the last day of the season to host guests, it felt like it could have been the first. The passion and enthusiasm for the farm and it’s sustainable practices can be felt through our host, Kristy. The welcoming atmosphere made it less intimidating to ask questions and learn about organic wine making. Of course, it helped that the wines themselves were delicious! Whether it’s your first time visiting a vineyard or you’re a seasoned pro, there is an activity for everyone. Highly recommend touring in the red truck - beautiful views await! Will definitely be back!

We had our reception at Covert Farms! Shelly and the Covert Farms team were amazing from the start. We live out of town and Shelly was so kind to video chat with us to show us the venue, so we did not have to make additional trips out. It was pretty instantaneous, after connecting with Shelly, that we knew we wanted to have our reception at her family’s beautiful farm and winery. Not only is it the perfect venue with so much to do for guests, but Shelly was so incredible to work with from beginning to end. She answered all of our questions and was continually flexible, kind, and communicative. She is super knowledgeable with weddings and provided us with guidance when needed. Plus the wine is fantastic so you can’t go wrong! Covert will forever hold a special place in our hearts, and we will make sure to visit regularly on our annual family vacations to the Okanagan. Everything about our experience here was amazing! My Dad treated myself and brother as well as our spouses and kids to a wonderful day. We first got toured around the farm in an awesome old truck, while we learned about their farming practices and we made stops so the kids could check out the animals.When we returned we had a wine tasting with a charcuterie board. Every single wine I tasted was phenomenal!While we did our tasting the kids were able to play on the bounce pillow and visit the animals.After that each couple got to choose a bottle of wine and received all the fixings to cook smokies and s’mores over our own fire pit.It was so nice to do something that catered to both the adults and the kids in the group. Everyone left happy and full. I can’t wait to return in the summer when it’s warm and everything is blooming!Thank you to the staff for being so kind and funny and giving us such a special day with our family.

Great family friendly experience. Christa was our host for the wine enthusiast tour. We had our 7 years old with us, so she customized the experience to make sure everyone had a great time. Family owned, sustainable farm. She was patient explaining everything about the wine process and how they grow their organic grapes. It’s definitely a must go if you are in the area.

Nice stop on our way out of the area, picked up some treats for us and to bring back for family and friends. Grab some ice cream cones and try and find the old rail trail up behind the store and the orchard for a nice walk with some good views of the scenery around there.

Here’s the story, there are lots of fruit stands in Keremeos. There’s only one with great products and simply outstanding service. We found it.Quentin Parson went above and beyond today, it’s a bit of a tale. We went looking for cherries and rhubarb…. Cherries were no problem - and they are fantastic! The rhubarb, though was an issue. We went to a few stands on the hunt and nada. Out of season and we’ve missed it. Went to Parsons and mentioned to Quentin that we missed the boat. He pause’s and says “Just a second, I think my uncle still has some on his plant, behind the shed. Give me 5 minutes.” Of he goes on his bicycle…. Back in a couple of minutes with victory in hand.Astonishing. Just about without words.There are plenty of places in Keremeos for fruit, everything within a few cents difference in price.However, the level of service is priceless.

So many fruits stands along Highway #3, and this one stands out. They have beautiful apricot orchid, and a variety of seasonal fruits that I got excited and brought too much but not regret ~ never get enough of these quality apricots and peaches 🥰🥰

Please stop at this place. Take pictures and enjoy the fresh fruit and great service.

Picked up a bunch of goodies and some fruit and ice cream at Parson's. Family owned and run, and very kind and welcoming. The person checking us out was very kind and talked to us about each of the products which was really nice. Excellent stop along our journey, and the ripe peaches were perfect for the heat that week.

Once you shop at Parsons fruit stand, you will find it quickly becomes the one and only fruit stand to visit. Best of everything for fruit and veggies, wide variety and so many more reasons to go like homemade canned pickles, and variety of fruit jams, and my favorite , they make hot buttered corn 🌽 and fruit milkshakes for our eating pleasure. 🤗✨

Jackson Triggs might be a large corporate winery, but their tasting room does not feel like it. We were lucky enough to have our tasting with Colleen, and it was one of the most enjoyable experiences I had during this weekend in the Okanagan. The wine knowledge she shared, blended with her guidance with the tasting made for an exceptional experience. Plus the winery itself is beautiful and well manicured.; great place to take some pictures!

I only knew them from their mass produced house wines but they have so much more to offer. I loved the entourage bubbles. The reds we tasted were great too! Really friendly service as well

You can taste both Jackson Triggs and Illiskillin wine, but not ice wine. It’s always cheaper than going to liquor store or duty free. You can also find special offers here, if you are looking for the most awarded icewine, here should be a good place.

One of the best wine estate experiences I have ever had. It was an abrupt stop that was not schedualed on our vacation. Needing to kill time before a wedding, we arrived and ended up receiving a private terroir lesson from an absolutely fine gentleman and representative of Jackson Triggs, Jim.The lesson showcased some of the top wines on the Tiggs menu, highlighting how the different regions in the area affect the qualities and traits of the wine. Not only was this a great lesson, but Jim was just fantastic. It felt more like a few people sitting around a dinner table drinking and talking about wine, and at no point rushed or artificial.Me and my girlfriend walked out with a few of our favourite bottles we had tasted, found out Jim comped the lesson and would 100% recommend stopping by if you are in the area. There are a bunch of wineries within a 5 km radius, so plan ahead, enjoy a full day and drive responsibly (don't drink and drive).

I visited the winery yesterday wanting to purchase two cases. There was only one individual working there and he was tending to 4 people conducting a tasting. I had no intentions to do a tasting as I knew exactly what I wanted. I waited patiently for 10 minutes and asked whether someone else can help me. He said that he is the only one in the store and he can manage it on his own. Well evidently not as he chose to tend to his $5 tastings and give a shpiel of the grape varieties/history than deal with my quick purchase. I'm certain the tasters would not have minded if he helped me for two minutes. At that point I decided to leave and went to my alternative.This is a world class winery and during the most busiest weekends of the year they only had one staff working which is completely bizarre.

The area and the garden is so nice, but most importantly They have really unique wines. I really liked my experience tasting the wines plus the tasting was complimentary unlike many places where you have to pay to taste. I've been to many wineries in my life but Silver Sage Winery is definitely my number one winery in all across B.C. I highly recommend this place to anyone who like to taste fine wines.

Delicious, fresh, creative wines! This was the shining star of our day of wine tours. The staff were hilarious (Elena served us) and the grounds were gorgeous. We bought a whole case of wines that all took our breath away. Best place in the valley to stop in for a drink.

A beautiful winery off the main highway near Oliver. We were looking for unique wineries, and my girlfriend and I are partial to sweeter white wines. Somebody told us to go to Silver Sage, and we were not disappointed.We met Elena, an absolute gem of a lady, who shared stories and made this an unforgettable experience. Every one of the wines were so unique to any other I’ve tasted (and I’ve tasted a lot), and we left in awe of not only the opportunity to spend time with Elena (and if the world had more people like her, the world would be a better place), but we walked out with some of the best wines I’ve ever had.If you don’t stop at this beautiful winery, you are missing out on an unforgettable experience. Thank you Elena and Silver Sage. Simply outstanding in every way.

We enjoyed an incredible wine tasting with Elena, who was such a lovely spirit and host. Just fantastic. Wonderful sense of humour while being incredibly attentive, warm and friendly. A genuine and kind soul who made our experience at Silver Sage one to remember.

This was an amazing experience. The show we got from the woman here was so much fun and we got to taste so many different kinds of wine (no charge) and they were so good!!! We spent the whole weekend going to wineries and this is definitely the favourite for everyone in the group. My boyfriend and I walked out with 8 bottles. Definitely coming back and spreading the word as much as we can!!!

This is our number one winery that we bring all our guests to. Elena made this last visit our best one ever. She is so knowledgeable and so entertaining and of course the wines all speak for themselves. An absolute must!

Did not do a tasting today as my favourite is the Pinot Blanc but the servers are knowledgeable and I do recommend a tasting. I only purchased some wine today as I was near the area. Always great service! Thanks Silver Sage.

I don't even drink wine... But I love this place! They have a spectacular Christmas light display up every year, and they allow visitors until (I think?) 9pm during the month of December. My kids beg to stop here any time we are in Oliver; they love to stroll through all the twinkling lights. I can't even fathom how many hours it must take to get everything set up. They also have a Bed and Breakfast experience if memory serves me correctly. I highly recommend you check these folks out!

Wow wow wow!!!This is without a doubt the best winery I have ever been to in my life. First of all the tastings were free (they know what they have and you WILL want to buy something). Secondly they have 12 wines for you to try, thirdly they are ALL AMAZING! Which I have never ever experienced and I have been to at least 50 wineries. Fourthly Elana was hilarious and knowledgeable. Fifthly the location was beautiful.

We stopped here Saturday morning to take photos of their beautiful roses.Turned out they were open so we thought why not go in for a tasting.Elena was amazing.She was so fun and friendly.You should definitely go here!

Warm and welcoming experience at this winery. After visiting 4 other winery’s this one ended up on the top of my list. They are instantly welcoming upon walking in the door. They offer a free wine tasting experience that was filled with laughter, jokes and yet very knowledgeable. They didn’t instantly judge you coming in the door as to how rich you were and how much money you were going to spend as some of the other winery’s did. Very reasonably priced wines, very taste worthy, no sulfites in their wines which is hard to find. I give them 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Stopped there today and it was amazing. The lady helping us was fantastic. The recipe ideas for the wines were awesome, and I can not wait to try some of those ideas. The wine is amazing and left with few bottles but turned back around to grab a few more. We will be returning again next summer.

A must go if you're in the area. Elena was our server. She was hilarious. Great knowledge of wine and very welcoming. I'm not a red wine fan and this wine has changed me. Will be coming back to buy more. This place is a gem! Keep up the phenomenal work!

We went there late. We tried. It was after opening hours. We were welcomed by Elena. She is the sister of the owner of the winery. She is absolutely hilarious and a beautiful human being. WILL RETURNEnjoyed by kids and adults alike. Admission fee less than 10 bucks. Well worth the price. Amazing detailed work. Can easily spend 2 hours there. Another good family activity to enjoy other than exploring wineries and wine tasting.

This place is amazing for young and old! We are so sad that it will be closed as of September 7, 2021. If you get a chance to go then definately do it! So worth the visit! We had toddlers and seniors with us and tennagers and everyone loved it. Such a lot of work and detail. Love it!

If you are in the least bit into model trains, you will love this place!! Even my wife who doesn't give a damn about trains, model trains or dioramas was thoroughly impressed and spent an hour looking at and video recording this incredible exhibit that is a lifelong pain of one family!Check it out!!

Such great work and you can tell it's very well loved and taken care of! We spent a good amount of time looking through all the individual vignettes. Kids will enjoy the little buttons that they can use to animate certain scenes.

Not very big for the price. Just one large room. It was interesting to see but not worth almost $20 for two people. $5 is more realistic for what you get. Nice people. Very clean. Gift shop downstairs was very expensive. Would be nice if it had Air conditioning. We went here to escape the 40 degree heat wave in Osoyoos. It was very hot inside which was uncomfortable.

Not typically my kinda thing to go and see... but 2 coworkers in Alberta told me I had to go, that it was a highlight of their trips into BC. I have to admit, it easily became one of mine too. Very well done. The creators put a lot of imagination and passion into their creation.... and its huge. I'd go back 100%. Also.... look for the nude beach 😝

Great stop we've been to a couple of times. So many details to spot throughout the display and costs 6 of us less than $50 to get in. You can spend as much or as little time in the display as you would like!

Must visit! There is a loop trail, about 30-40 mins walk. Beautiful views and you can meet lots of animals, like deer or rattlesnake (we didn't see rattlesnake but I'm honestly not sad about it).

This is a must see in Osoyoos, nice trails, great view, and so much to learn. We really enjoyed it.

I visited this place for the second time this summer. Absolutely recommended for adults and families with children. Explore the traditional ways of living of the aboriginal peoples of Okanagan valley. Learn about their history and culture. Walk the real desert and take some scenic pictures. Visit the souvenir shop and support local artists.There is a large parking available, washrooms and everything you might need. Make sure you arrive no later than 2:30-3pm because the museum closes at 4 p.m. and you might not have enough time.One thing I would like to mention. There are several information signs that are pretty worn out and faded. This makes self-guided tours pretty limited

This was a fantastic place to visit! We enjoyed the displays and the movies, very informative! The rattle snake and other creatures were really interesting to see as well. Loved the outside display areas. The gift shop had a variety of items locally made by indigenous makers. The shop was well stocked with items at different price points. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really thought it was well worth the visit!

This is a beautiful place showcasing local indigenous culture. The seeing is spectacular and the building is beautiful. They have this and other activities at set times, though that may be seasonal. We only had a short amount of time because we arrived late. It is definitely worth a visit though, but arrive earlier to take full advantage, especially if they have events or yours going on. I believe when we were there they were offering guided tours and some kind of snakes thing! (There are snakes in the area including rattle snakes.).

Highlight of my trip, what an exceptional experience. The cultural film was excellent and every turn through the indoor and outdoor displays had my mind blown. The interpretive trail and all the plant signs was beautifully laid out and had gorgeous views.

Awesome winery owned by native people and the artwork is absolutely beautiful!!

Always a fantastic experience at Nk’mip! We decided to visit the 2nd location at the District Wine Village and were impressed as always! They serve bold reds and crisp delicious whites. Thank you Troy & Diane!

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in. We did the tasting paired with appetizers and it was spot on. Lloyd is so knowledgeable about wine and food and shares his expertise on both. Entertaining and informative. Definitely recommend this!

Wine is good but tasting experience leaves something to be desired. Stayed at the Spirit Ridge resort over the weekend- tried to get a tasting but they make it difficult- staff seemed almost offended that we even tried to book same day. Tried to book for day off but needed 24 hour reservation. Place looked 1/2 full. Called hotel lobby and they said must be booked in advance. Seems like a tasting shouldn’t be a huge logistical problem when it seems that 1/2 of the resort is centered around wine offerings. Ended up just buying a bottle at the market and bringing it to our room.

Beautiful vineyard/winery/resort area. Did some wine tasting. Awesome wines. Definitely do the wine tasting. Lots of things to do in the area.

We ate lunch at the Nk'mip tasting room 3 times this winter & were blown away with the quality of the meals that Executive Chef Kenneth Dia prepared for us.He came out to speak with us each time to see how we enjoyed our meals. He graciously shared one of his recipes with us.We highly recommend having lunch here & will return again this fall.

We sat in the patio, following the wine tasting. The view is indescribable, over looking the vista, the lake, the vineyards, and the mountains.The hostess was most accommodating by getting us a table on the spot. Thank you, Natalya! I had a great time checking out NK'Mip Cellars for some wine. The staff were super nice and the views here are amazing. Definitely would recommend checking out this great spot.

The place was amazing. We went for a wine tasting and enjoyed some of their Riesling. The guide, loyd, was a really good person. He was professional and friendly and really explained every question. One of us couldn’t speak English, but he still slowly explained. Will come back again.

This is my 2nd time here...it's a beautiful winery with fantastic wines. We went for a wine tasting and stayed for lunch in the garden restaurant. The food was delicious. On the way out i bought 2 cases of wine ranging in price from $25 to $70 per bottle. I only wish they had more Pinot Noir available for sale, apparently, more available next month.

Yesterday we paid for wine tasting for two couple’s at station 4, the woman who spoke to us was like a robot and had no personality. The guys tried to engage her in conversation and she seemed totally not interested…telling her that they make their own wine, talking about rattle snakes, I had to ask her for water glasses for the group, meanwhile she poured a glass of water for herself and took a zip with out offering any. She appears totally not interested, so when it was time to pay the guys were not interested in making any purchases. We’re all on holiday here and she put a damper on the experience!!! I have been to wine tasting prior and thoroughly enjoyed them in the past, the conversation of getting to know the people, the wine/winery. I have always wanted to go to nk’mip winery, but the tasting was a total disappointment that I writing this at 5:23 am the next day!

I just had THE BEST BURGER OF MY LIFE, the Nk’Mip Prime Rib Burger! The Brisket on Rye was also phenomenal. Thank you Chef Kenny for cooking us a beautiful meal. It was love at the first bite!

We had an amazing time here today! We were fortunate enough to have a 1:1 wine tasting with Loyd and really enjoyed the experience. Loyd's passion for the industry is evident and he has a wealth of knowledge, which made for an interesting and engaging wine tasting. He has excellent food pairing suggestions, so be sure to ask. The first place I found that some Canadian wine even do exists (I hope Canadian friends will excuse my ignorance..) Plus...that it is not only exists, it tastes delicious! Top-class culinary goes together with ancient tradition here . As advertized, "Nk’Mip Cellars" is the first Indigenous-owned winery in North America.Cool! Take a fine wine tasting inside. Or better.. have a well chilled bottle of Chardonnay in the open patio with magnificent views of the lake Osoyoos.

The park is very beautiful and clean. The kids and we really liked it 🫶🏻. The attraction is all new and well maintained. The staff were all very polite and friendly. There is so much beauty inside. Especially the golf course is great. Both adults and children will have a lot of fun. Karting cars were also cool. Security at the highest level. And I want to note there is ice cream, they are unrealistically delicious 🤤. I recommend everyone to try their ice cream and have a great time 🩵

This place has one of the best mini golf courses I have ever been too. So fun and beautifully laid out course. Staff were very good to deal with and very friendly. Must visit this place if you are in Osoyoos.

Pretty fun time. Go kart track is the feature attraction. My 3 yo loved riding along in the double kart. Pack your own food.

Cute for families with kids and teens. There are a variety of rides for small kiddos and bumper boats, mini golf, go-karts and an arcade for the older ones. Pet friendly and free to walk around as you pay per ride based on age, but it gets a little crowded as it's not a huge space of land for such a fun place. There are $2 machines to buy trinkets and a small gift shop. The arcade ranges from 25 cents to $2 per game. You can grab a snack like fries, hot dogs and ice cream. Prices are reasonable. Would recommend.

A great place to take the kids you can purchase a day pass or just buy ride tickets. You don’t need to pay admission to the park so it’s not so expensive. Some rides are not working but with the pandemic they are keeping it going. Way to go support this place small business needs our help

Coming from a larger city (Vancouver). This is a small park with limited rides, but my daughter still had fun here. This a probably the right size for the town. They have an arcade what I consider 90's type arcades (sit down driving etc) and a few pinball machines.

Fun little place to spend an afternoon. The mini golf has an added little twist of spinning a dial at some holes. Which then gives you extra obstacles or makes you hit the ball with your hands or feet. Go-kart time of 7 minutes for $16 is pretty short. But they are just quick enough to have some fun with your buddies. Not too busy during the weekday afternoons.

A very nice place! Imagine a mini-Disney world but with a true local flavour and without bad publicity), very acceptable prices and not too many people. We went there twice).I recommend going around 11am-1pm, since we did not see too many people around that time. Also, due to staff shortages not all rides were open but we really only went to Go Carts (highly recommended, experience of a lifetime)) and to the bumper boats. In that order, since it was nice to cool off after riding the carts. The ice cream place was also good.

A little gem in the town. We had lots of fun!!The little misters were appreciated for such a hot day. Whenever we needed a staff member they were there. Shout out to Matthew who took care of our kids on the trampoline and daughter on the rock climbing wall and was just an all around good guy. Prepare to get wet on the bumper boats but welcome on a super hot day. The go carts are so much fun! The only thing I would suggest is making sure you have enough water/drinks for the mini golf as you can’t exit the course without walking all the way through to get something.

I don't feel great writing this, as I don’t like to needlessly criticize hardworking small businesses, but this review has to do with safety of children, so I feel compelled to write it. My goal with writing it is to spur ownership to complete a review of their safety protocols and procedures. I don’t want ownership to get defensive, or refute my observations, or even report back to me or apologize. Simply look inward, be humble, and confirm with yourself that you are doing everything in your power to ensure safety of the children who so adore your business. I should also add, I have had dozens of great experiences at Rattlesnake Canyon.On Monday, July 10th at approximately 10pm I, with my wife and another couple entered Rattlesnake Canyon and bought tickets for mini-golf and the Tornado. My friend and I were being strapped into the Tornado by a very young operator (I will guess 12yo). The operator suggested whether or not we had a safety belt on did not matter (it would barely fit, as we were both large men). Before the ride was turned on, a loud commotion and hysterical crying erupted from the Bungee Tree, another amusem*nt ride adjacent to the Tornado.What I personally saw was a mom crying, a dad scrambling up onto the trampoline to get his child, and a broken rope. My wife witnessed the child flying uncontrollably through the air, attached by only one bungee cord, rather than the normal two bungee cords. Apparently, once bungee cord snapped mid-flight, and my wife say the child hit a railing. It is a small miracle that the child did not hit his head harder. It appeared he was ultimately unharmed – however totally traumatized. Based on the speeds and heights, it is easy to understand how this could have been serious or fatal.This is concerning. Amusem*nt Devices should, under no circ*mstances, have mechanical or human errors which put ride-goers at risk. Rattlesnake Canyon must do a review of their inspection processes, find the root cause of the malfunction, and immediately address it.Also concerning was the general tone and response of employees, they were children, and understandable acting like children. A rope broke and they could not believe it. Not one employee, to my knowledge, assessed the victim child’s health after the incident. It was difficult to find an adult, though Rattlesnake Canyon has apparently said the owner was called immediately. I did see an adult re-affixing a rope after the incident on a ladder, about 10-15 minutes after the incident.I've attached some photos I took that evening.

We enjoyed going here with our grandchildren. They had lots if fun on the go carts and bumper boats. There is not much for little ones under 5 to do maybe one ride. The older kids liked mini golf and the tornado and tilt a whirl. In the past they loved the bungee tree but this time our older daughter got hurt due to one of the operators. It wasn't serious but it made it much less fun. The kids liked the arcade and everyone enjoyed the ice cream. The older kids got glitter tattoos and went back in the evening for more go carting. A good experience over all. Definitely recommend a visit when you are in Osoyoos. I would have given it 5 stars except for the trampoline operator. Too be fair, the girls wrnt back later at night ( they got the all day pass) and they went on the bungee tree again with a different operator and had lots of fun :) We even sampled mini donuts and deep fried pickles and they were good too.

We were here 25 years ago with our young children and now we’re back again to have an ice cream cone. The ice cream is still the greatest and fun! This time no kids but we had to buy the dog some too!

Warm water to swim in, a very beautiful view of the mountains, on the other side of the lake is another country. There are great places nearby for camping. I would like to return to this place.

Lake Osoyoos spans more than 5,700 acres and straddles the border of British Columbia, Canada and Washington state in the United States.The Okanagan River flows into Lake Osoyoos in a semi-arid region of British Columbia known as Desert Wine Country. This region has very low annual rainfall and some of the highest average temperatures in Canada. In fact, the lake is the warmest in Canada and is located in Canada’s only desert.

Stayed Oct 30th until April 29th. Beautiful. Check out the activities.It was -21 before Christmas. OMG! Didnt expect that. But 27C today.Locals are very welcoming. They do love snowbirds. First question everyone asks is "where are you from"? Snowbirds contribute to their winter economy. I have met people from Ontario to Northern BC. Golf comes early.The population is apparently 6000 in the winter and 65,000 in the summer during tourist season, Summer. Known to have temps in the high 30's.Beautiful Mountain town.

Beautiful town and lake. A tourist destination with water sports including a witbit. Pub, restaurants, cafes, fast food. And you are in fruit and wine country in Canada's desert. Many fruit stands and wineries in the area.

Nice place to kayak is the north end of this lake, at the Okanagan River entry. Larger grasslands in this area make for interesting kayaking.

We were driving passing by the lake, but attracted by its beauty. So we stopped and took some pictures.

Amazing lake. Super warm compare to other BC lakes. Great for SUP or any water sports

We really enjoyed these museums! The old schoolhouse was full of interesting items from old homesteads, as well as full set-ups of classrooms, a library, etc. Grandma enjoyed seeing all of the things she remembered from her school days, and the kids would have spent all day there if they could have. The ghost town was also fun to walk around. Our 8 year old got bored at that one, but our 11 year old was enthralled. The museum is free, but there's a donation jar on the main floor. Definitely worth a visit if you're anywhere nearby!

Molson Schoolhouse and Old Town were part of a 190 mile driving tour of the Okanogan Highlands for a small group of British cars. Everyone really enjoyed both places and really wanted to spend more time at each. There is so much history and interesting things to see that I know folks are planning to return in the summer. The volunteers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend planning to spend several hours to a day there as there is too much to see in just a couple hours!

Very interesting museum. The 2 room's in the school were preserved from the last classes held in 1968-69.

Really interesting Time Capsule. My husband and I came all the way from Seattle to see Molson and the school museum. It did not disappoint! I recommend walking a couple blocks down the road to see the historical site too.

The building is beautiful and very well taken care of. The variety of artifacts and how well they are taken care of shows that the museum takes very good care of everything on site. This is a must see local history museum, and really shows slices of the lives lived in town and in the school. If you are a fan of farming and small town history, add this one to your list!

We loved this museum. It’s a school which was active from 1914 to 1969 and then turned into museum. It’s an old school with very interesting facts and history to know about.We were nostalgic with the classroom setups as it just reminded of our childhood days of school. They also had a library section, one science lab and lots of antique pieces.Downstairs used to be the gym which is being turned into history museum. It’s been very well taken care. This museum is free but there is a donation jar on the main floor.Me and my husband visited this place from Seattle and Molson didn’t disappoint us at all. We also checked the Ghost town.

30-45 minutes from the Osoyoos! If you love mining history, this is a must see attraction. It's like stepping back in time. The museum is located in an old decommissioned school house (which is a beautiful relic). Best part is, some of the staff working in the museum actually attended school and are full of local history. Pack a lunch (with wine) and drive on down to Molson.

One of my favorite small and authentic museums! Local folks who grew up here volunteer during open hours. Be sure to ask about their history living there!

This was one of the coolest old museum I have been in, the tool collection in the old gym was amazing, the lovely Ladies that greet you when you come in were full of stories, if you just spend a little time chatting with then, I will definitely stop by the museum next time I'm here.
